Required Experience
Experience supporting large-scale platform conversions, core banking migrations, card portfolio conversions, or similar high-risk implementations.
Proven command center, cutover, war room, or production go-live experience, including real-time issue tracking and escalation management.
Strong program management background with experience coordinating activities across business, operations, technology, vendor, and third-party teams.
Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, action logs, and executive status reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Subject Matter Knowledge
Understanding of payment card, servicing, or financial services operations.
Familiarity with conversion testing, reconciliation, data validation, cutover planning, and hyper care support.
Experience supporting go/no-go governance and structured escalation processes.
