Disney+ is one of the leading premium video streaming services in the world. It is the dedicated home for streaming movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. The Growth Marketing team in Korea is tasked with driving Disney+ subscriber growth, engagement, and retention for the market, in close partnership with the regional and global teams. The team also works in close alignment with other local teams and lines of business to align Disney+ acquisition and lifecycle marketing plans with company priorities.
Job Summary:
The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns for the Korean market.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Management
- Own the day-to-day execution of local performance marketing creative development, including Static, Video, and Copy creative, from briefing through final delivery.
- Manage creative processes and marketing assets by collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including Creative Design and Paid Media teams.
- Maintain and update the Growth Marketing campaign calendar, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are tracked.
- Coordinate with local and global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and deliverables.
- Take individual responsibility for assigned deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Use data and campaign reports to support evidence-based decision making and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Contribute to effective, brand-aligned campaign creative while keeping up with creative trends and competitor activity.
Marketing Channel Support:
- Support the execution of initiatives across Growth Marketing channels as needed, including CTV, App Store, Influencer Marketing, and other emerging channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure smooth and timely execution of channel initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and support regular reporting, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional local team, including Integrated Marketing, Programming, Content, Partnerships, Legal, and Creative.
- Liaise and align with global teams to coordinate creative requests, campaign deliverables, and market-specific needs.
- Build positive and effective working relationships with local and global stakeholders, proactively communicating updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Support a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of Growth Marketing processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in marketing operation, creative delivery or project management
- Native level fluency in Korean and business level English
- Ferocious attention to detail and self-motivation
- Strong proofreading and copywriting skills
- Strong people skills and experience in collaborating with stakeholders (locally and internationally) and ensuring alignment of expectations.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and ambiguity.
- Teamwork and Time-Management: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, working at pace, with multiple stakeholders (local and international), managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
