MEC Foundry is rapidly expanding and modernizing its lithography capabilities. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Photo Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting both high-volume production and the qualification of cutting-edge tools and processes.Required Education, Experience, & Skills - A 4-year bachelor’s degree in “STEM” field, engineering/science/mathematics, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in photo lithography within a manufacturing environment
- Or a 2-year degree (or a technical certificate considered equal) in “STEM” field, with 10+ years of hands-on experience
- A thorough understanding of UV lithography technology; from resist material to coat/develop process, and equipment involved
- Experienced with overlay tools and measurement
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Familiar with process control, data collection and analysis
- Strong problem-solvent skills and a self-starter attitude
- Able to execute assigned tasks both independently with minimum supervision
- Capable of working in a dynamic environment; both as an individual and a team member, to quickly adopt new ideas, technologies, tools and processes to meet growing demand
- Semiconductor foundry experience preferred
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - A 4-year bachelor’s degree in “STEM” field, with 10+ years of hands-on experience in photo lithography within a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- OR A master’s degree in “STEM” field, with 5+ years of hands-on experience
- In-depth knowledge and skills in UV steppers (CANNON models preferred) and contact aligners; coat and develop tracks etc
- Experienced with CAD software
- Highly skilled in data analysis, able to use statistic software such as JMP, Minitab, or alike
- Proficient in creating and monitoring SPC charts
- Continuously looking for opportunities for process improvement and lead it to final implementation
- Familiar with Guage R-R, PFMEA, DOE, and 8D process
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
