Plans, organizes, directs, budgets and controls the activities of a group of instructional developers, professional flight instructors, and administrators in development of flight training courseware/products for all training tracks and general subjects.
Essential Functions
- Ensures courseware compliance with FAR, AQP, and FedEx policies and procedures. Acts as lead for all flight training audits & ensures the accuracy of the flight training section of flight ops admin guide.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years related experience in flight operations including four (4) years FAR 121 or equivalent. Two (2) years professional experience in the field of flight training programs and curricular development and/or management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong working knowledge of FARs. Knowledge of FAA/ FedEx certification. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills required.
