Working at our Strother Facility
Our Strother facility is an advanced technology engine services overhaul site where employees help restore commercial and military jet engines to meet performance, functionality, and efficiency requirements. Teams at the site support operations including plasma, flame and wire spraying, polyurethane andSermetelpainting, heat treating, brazing, and TIG welding. In addition to internal engine repair and overhaul, the facility alsooperatesan evaluation and testing operation with FADEC capability.
As an Overhaul Supervisor, you will lead front-line employees, including hourly team members, in support of safe, compliant, and efficient overhaul operations. In this role, you will help execute daily overhaul priorities, support process performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and costobjectives.
