Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manages and oversees the end-to-end print production process to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of printed materials.
Gathers and prepares printing requirements, specifications, and deadlines for various projects in order to meet the needs of various departments.
Handles print vendor proposals, pricing and contract negotiation, and relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effective print production services.
Checks the quality and accuracy of printed materials by reviewing proofs, conducting quality checks, and verifying adherence to brand guidelines, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Monitors and manages the print production budget by tracking expenses, evaluating cost-saving opportunities, and making recommendations to optimize print production costs while maintaining quality standards.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement within print production workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintains the inventory of printed materials by ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing waste, and tracking usage.
Coordinates print production by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance of junior employees.
Generates reports, provides updates on project statuses, timelines, and costs, and communicates with stakeholders regarding project milestones and deliverables.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior Relevant Work Experience
2-5 years
Essential Qualifications
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adobe InDesign Certification preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
