Description
We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to support the planning and execution of large-scale customer technology migrations, with a primary focus on network infrastructure and endpoint migrations. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure migrations are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive project leader who can manage multiple concurrent migration workstreams, drive accountability across technical teams, communicate effectively with customers and executives, and identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and cutover plans.
Coordinate migration activities across network engineering, endpoint engineering, security, infrastructure, service delivery, operations, vendors, and customer teams.
Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, technical working sessions, migration readiness reviews, and executive updates.
Track project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements through completion.
Coordinate migration waves, pilot deployments, production cutovers, validation activities, and post-migration stabilization.
Partner with technical teams to ensure migration prerequisites, testing, documentation, rollback plans, and operational readiness are completed before cutover.
Manage customer communications and provide clear, concise status reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, network, endpoint, cloud, data center, or technology migration projects.
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risk management, change control, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with network migrations, LAN/WAN transformations, SD-WAN, network modernization, endpoint refreshes, device migrations, or enterprise infrastructure consolidation.
Experience with migration planning, cutover management, rollback planning, and hypercare/stabilization.
Technical background or sufficient technical fluency to effectively partner with network, endpoint, infrastructure, and security engineering teams.
