Job Summary and Qualifications
** This position pays a flat rate of $18/hr**
TECHNICAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM
The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior developers, programmers, researchers, and analysts. It provides a learning opportunity to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization.
You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology.
Technical Resident apprenticeships are six months in duration, with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to full-time employment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team.
- Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee.
- Continually grow professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a technical school program or pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Interest in technology.
