Overview
The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance throughout the project lifecycle. This role supports successful project execution by providing cost control, scheduling, forecasting, progress measurement, reporting, risk analysis, and change management services. The specialist works closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, procurement teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar).
Cost Control & Forecasting
Performance Measurement & Reporting
Change Management
Risk Management
Project Coordination
Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in project controls, construction management, engineering, or related project environments.
Experience supporting semiconductor construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, or capital projects.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and project management software (Procore)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, EcoSys, Deltek, Procore, or other project controls systems.
