Overview
The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility infrastructure systems. This role assists in ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted performance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and related support equipment. The Engineer collaborates with facility management, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainability objectives.

The Engineer collaborates with facility management, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainability objectives.
Pay: $95,900 - $108,000 per year
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Qualifications
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, permits, and standards, particularly those related to electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
