What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, you will:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, trauma, and other complex medical diagnoses.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Monitor patient progress and support individualized rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients and families throughout the recovery process.
- Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experiences.
- Advocate for patients while fostering dignity, independence, and healing.

Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain Florida licensure
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BLS certification required
- Previous acute care, medical-surgical, neuro, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Passion for teamwork and patient-centered care
