Job Summary and Qualifications
This role’s primary responsibility will include the implementation and support for the OR Technology Applications. This includes, but not limited to, data gathering, device procurement, coordination between multiple teams, monitoring, and supporting the hardware and software.
Product Development and LifeCycle Management
- Participate in current life cycle management processes including governance, analysis, and documentation.
- Participate in upgrade planning, testing, education, communication and deployment of new releases.
Product Implementation and Integrations - Document standard integration process for governance and approval
- Support Surgical Symphony for OR locations across Enterprise.
- Organize and implement standard integrations with appropriate OR Technology platforms
- Analyze business opportunities in the context of requirements
- Maintain vendor relationship and coordination throughout project
Operations Support - Support OR Surgical Suite of technologies Support data warehouse projects and PowerBI initiatives.
- Support incident management requests
- Performs other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Three or more years of experience in a technology support setting
- One or more years in a Hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Less than a year of SQL preferred
