Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. (LDSI) has an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to assist in leading various technical projects and program operational effort. The project opportunities include workflow mapping and documentation, configuration management, security and employee compliance tracking, and more. Communications and coordination include multiple teams within our program including software testing, technical training, customer support and systems engineering.
This is a hybrid role for someone who can come into the Alexandria or Washington DC office at least once per quarter and periodically as needed for meetings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Capture project requirements, track, and report on status. Ensure that project work is executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage and evaluate change requests, configuration, and master data in our proprietary CRM system. Efforts include tracking Congressional customer contacts, communications, and designing workflows based on process analysis.
- Prepare and organize documentation on processes, SOP guides and instructional documents for the program.
- Manage the creation, storage, and delivery of contractually required technical documentation and customer deliverable reports.
- Assist in various ongoing tasks and tracking for employee onboarding, customer clearances, compliance and training.
- Identify and manage projects for process improvements in various areas of the program.
What Sets You Apart: (Basic Qualifications)
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two years or less business experience.
- Leadership skills in project management with ability to lead others and garner cooperation from individuals across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate processes and improve workflow.
- Proficient in M365 Office applications with ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.
- Demonstrable experience with advanced functions and formulas in Excel and data analysis (such as the application of formulas like VLOOKUP, Data and Pivot Tables, visual charts to show trending, data manipulation, and analysis, etc.)
- Ability to oversee, administer and manage data in the IQ CRM software, evaluating the impact of change requests and developing solutions for business process enablement.
- Understanding and using analytical skills to develop solutions to challenging issues.
- Knowledge of basic data security concepts such as vulnerability and remediation tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with insight into the audience.
- Ability to work independently and to reliably keep recurring tasks and deliverables on schedule.
- Ability to prioritize work based on understanding urgency, impact, contractual requirements, and deadlines.
You Might Also Have: (Preferred Qualifications)
- CAPM®, PMP® or other PMI Certification.
- Experience managing people.
- Training experience, online or in person.
- Knowledge of business financial tracking.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
