Join a growing passenger transportation company as a Fleet Maintenance Technician A in Redmond, WA! We're looking for experienced technicians in either Heavy Duty Diesel or Light/Medium Duty — including strong candidates from dealership backgrounds.
In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of motorcoaches, shuttles, and light-duty vehicles, with a strong focus on safety and technical excellence.
Shift:
- Two current shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
- Free-flowing overtime available until the department is fully staffed
Compensation:
- $40–$50/hr. base pay
- $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid incrementally throughout the first year
- $2,000/year tool allowance, paid quarterly
Benefits:

Requirements:
- Must be 21+ with a high school diploma
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Heavy Duty Diesel or Light/Medium Duty repair (schooling may substitute for a portion of experience)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- ASE certification preferred, especially Master Tech or Engine Performance
