Job Summary and Qualifications
- Under general supervision, and according to general policies and procedures, as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical programs
- Your responsibilities will includes formulary management, policy and procedure development and education across the healthcare spectrum
- You shall also assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director or designee is unavailable
What qualifications you will need:
- Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
- ACLS certification is preferred
- At least 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required; preferably within area of focus
- BPS Specialty certification (i.e. BCPS, BCCCP, etc.)
- Other certification (e.g. FCCP, FASHP) Hospital Pharmacy Management experience is preferred
- PC Skills – demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, Meditech, and purchasing vendor applications and others as required
