Job Description
Core Responsibilities
·Coordinates the execution of assigned client experiences, brand events, and promotional programs, including creative materials, attendee registration, vendor relationships, contracting, logistics, and onsite support.
·Owns smaller-scale client experiences and internal event programs independently from planning through execution and post-event reporting, with Event Manager guidance as needed.
·Leads defined workstreams for assigned events, including timeline ownership, stakeholder follow-up, vendor coordination, budget inputs, deliverables, issue resolution, and day-to-day event workflows.
·Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned event programs, proactively communicating risks, decisions, status updates, and recommended solutions to Event Managers and cross-functional partners.
·Collaborates with Event Managers, Sales, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and other stakeholders to support event strategies, align messaging, coordinate promotional assets, and ensure tracking and reporting requirements are implemented.
·Manages assigned event budgets, tracks spend against approved plans, supports forecasting, processes invoices, reconciles expenses, and identifies cost efficiencies recommendations.
·Supports vendor sourcing, contracting, and coordination with venues, suppliers, agencies, and other event partners to ensure successful program execution.
·Contributes to post-event measurement by supporting event reporting, attendee engagement analysis, post-event summaries, and insights tied to business objectives, program effectiveness, client impact, and recommendations to improve future event experiences and operational efficiency.
·Maintains and monitors annual network promotions calendar and post-promotion responsibilities.
·Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
·Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
·Must be able to work some nights and weekends, travel as needed, support variable schedules, and work overtime as necessary.
