What you´ll do
TALENT
ACQUISITION
You will
oversee the complete process of interns’ recruitment:
- Gather the needs of hiring
managers
- Prepare vacancy texts,
reflecting the needs of each department, in order to attract strong
internship candidates
- Post and analyze applications
through various channels
- Drive first screening calls
& share feedback/recommendations to hiring managers
- Monitor internship agreement
processes and internal hiring
CAMPUS
MANAGEMENT
- Be the HR ambassador within the
internship community, in charge of organizing monthly activities and
animate the group of interns, to optimize their experience
- Administrative follow-up of the
6-month stays of the interns (onboarding, days-off, pulse-checks, exit
procedures)
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Support the Recruitment Partner
in charge of Academic Relations, by attending events at universities and
business schools in Belgium
- Take part in a wide range of HR
projects around candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, etc.
