This entry level role is critical for maintaining the operational flow of our manufacturing lines, ensuring that material availability and inventory precision directly support the delivery of mission-critical technology to our global customers.
THE WORK
Supports inventory control, production documentation, and other material troubleshooting in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, manufacturing, material management, and process reengineering.
• The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
• Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

You are a detail oriented professional with a strong foundation in manufacturing operations and the analytical skills necessary to solve complex inventory and supply chain challenges. You thrive in collaborative, team based environments and possess the communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
A level 1 employee is early career and typically has 0 to 1 years of professional experience.
