What you´ll do
- Converts mid-term production plans into short-term plans by turning planned orders into firm orders.
- Develops and reviews short-term production and scheduling plans, considering capacity and timing.
- Manages stock transfers up to the 1st decoupling point and coordinates with the Replenishment Planner.
- Monitors daily production against weekly plans, tracking availability and adherence, and suggests corrective actions.
- Identifies short-term FG requirements and provides allocation proposals based on business priorities.
- Assists in inventory analysis by reviewing policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock.
- Maintains key manufacturing parameters, including capacity constraints, for accurate planning.
- Provides inputs for S&OE, addressing material availability and capacity constraints.
- Works with Plant Production Schedulers to coordinate on scheduling activities.
- Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability for production.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall planning performance.
