Through this joint venture, Guaranteed Rate Affinity provides mortgage origination services to the clients of more than 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby’s International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.
What's the Role?
Our Associate VP of Mortgage Lending are responsible for growing VPs business. The goal is to convert VP/Loan Officer sourced mortgage leads into loans. Phone and email skills are crucial as you will be responsible for building the VP’s pipeline by utilizing sales and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- 100% inbound leads, no self sourcing
- Collaborate with VPs (LOs) in order to grow their business partners through prospecting, farming, and follow up activities
- Enter VPs referral partners through Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s CRM software
- Responsible to help VPs add value and growth to annual sales volume
Qualifications:
- Relatable mortgage experience, NMLS license required
- Understand how to properly qualify a customer
- Know how to review and calculate income and credit
- Excellent communication skills over the phone
- Need to be well versed in Excel and the Microsoft Suite stakeholders, including Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s Executive Team, marketing team, technical and product groups, loan officers and real estate agent companies and brokerages
- Must be able to create trust between realtors and loan officers
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to multi-task various systems at once
Key Competencies:
- Must be comfortable in an outbound sales environment
- Technical acumen a plus
- Proactiveness/desire to learn
- Ability to take constructive criticism positively
Compensation: Base Salary + commissions
