Job Description The Intelligence and Security Division of BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our team. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Under limited supervision, the Senior Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for activities that span the entire procurement cycle, including but not limited to negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements, preparation of solicitation packages to subcontractors, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price analysis, negotiation of terms and conditions, subcontract administration, issue resolution, and closeout activities. Subcontracts will primarily be in support of Department of War programs. This role will require close collaboration with other functions, such as, but not limited to: Contracts, Program Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Winnings, and Business Development to ensure the successful execution of the assigned portfolio.
The candidate also reviews documentation for subcontracts to ensure compliance with industry and government contract requirements and internal BAE Systems policies and procedures. Prepares Cost Analysis and/or Price Analysis, negotiation memos, written reports, letters, and memoranda required for internal and external distribution. Maintains CPSR compliant subcontract files. Prepares and presents briefings to Programs and Management on subcontracting matters. Leads and coordinates subcontracting activities with various internal and external sources. Able to assess, prioritize, drive issues to closure and be assertive when required.
It is preferred that the successful candidate resides in the Metropolitan Washington DC area.
This role is considered Hybrid. Requiring 2 days in office and the 3rd day flexible.

Prepare proposal and other business documents for execution. Examples include Request for Proposal, price analysis, small business plans, and written narrative documents related to subcontractor’s requirements and/or performance

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
