Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a Veteran in White Haven, PA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys working closely with one individual and providing personalized support in a 1:1 setting. You'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping the client maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Provide dedicated 1:1 care and companionship
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, as needed
- Support the client's daily routine and independence
- Assist with mobility and safety
- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
- Follow the established plan of care
- Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate care team members
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently in a 1:1 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and committed to providing consistent care
- Previous caregiving or direct-care experience preferred
Pay
$16.00 to $20.00 per hour
