Job description: AWS Connect skillset Specifically with the following:
- Proven record of using engagement tools, preferably within the AWS and Amazon ecosystem • Proven experience with AWS services related to contact center such as Lex(voice+Chat), Lambda, Translate, QNA bot, Contact Lens, Reporting and Dashboard and more.
- Must have hands-on keyboard AWS implementation experience across a broad range of AWS services related to Omni channel contact center environment.
- Hands on development experience in Amazon Connect contact flow for IVR includes lambda integration, dynamo DB, API integration, Data dips, etc.
- Experience with Python, REST API, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch,S3, Cloudformation, Lex, etc. • Scripting capability and the ability to develop AWS environments as code
- A mindset of automating everything with tooling and scripting experience such as Terraform, Ansible, and the like.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
