Administrative Professional
Key Role:
Perform administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within our corporate functions. Execute independent decisions and practice good judgment, ensuring appropriate level of discretion while handling exposure to highly sensitive and confidential data. Work as part of a dynamic team of Executive Assistants supporting a variety of work activities. Organize and manage calendars and deconflict competing appointments, schedule travel, prepare expense reports, create and proof communications and materials, plan and support leader team events, manage invoicing and procurement, and assist with project coordination and reporting. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with calendar management, managing and preparing expense reports, and planning meetings
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
4+ years of experience planning events and supporting on site meetings
Experience supporting multiple senior level executives within a large organization
Ability to interface collaboratively with various levels of internal executives, employees, and external clients
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization
Ability to adjust to quick or sudden changing requirements and priorities
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
