Your Mission is:
The Live Ops Analytics Team is adding a dedicated Sr. Analyst to work directly with our studio partners. As a member of the Live Ops Team, your mission is
to put science into decision making. You will work closely with designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and analytics peers to derive meaningful
insights and recommendations to improve gameplay design and commercial decisions. Responsibilities include:
- Partner with studios to proactively identify and implement gameplay analytics in support of the development goals of designers and engineers
- Partner with studio engineers and business analysts to implement game health telemetry and tracking, create new dashboards and reports, and perform deep-dive research
- Collaborate with the live services teams to optimize game feature balance, game economies, and to identify and close out exploits
- Deliver presentations on analytic topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences

Player Skills
- BA/BS degree required with a technical focus (e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics-related work.
- Experience working with business partners to create and communicate strategic actionable takeaways, provide solutions, and expose areas of
improvement.
- Deep technical skills using SQL to generate data sets - familiarity working in a notebook-based workflow a plus.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $92,920.00 - $171,814.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
