Job Summary and Qualifications
The MRI Clinical Specialist demonstrates knowledge of appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of all MRI procedures. Must be able to perform all Cardiovascular MRI procedures independently while sharing his/her competency in a friendly, collegial, and cooperative way. Must be willing and able to assist in protocol development for all department studies and assist the lead technologist in ensuring high image quality.

- (ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- (ARRT-R) Radiography
- Graduate of an accredited program; Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- 2 years of cardiovascular and pediatric MRI scanning AND five years general MRI experience preferred
