We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Finance FICO Senior Analyst!
Pratt & Whitney's Digital Technology Global Digital Delivery organization is searching for a Finance FICO Senior Analyst to join their Finance Team. This team leads the development and deployment of the IT finance systems and applications which power P&W's Commercial and Military OEM and Aftermarket network, which includes engine assembly, engine overhaul, part repair, line maintenance and engine fleet management. The position will work on the implementations of financial application solutions for the Finance Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires strong hands-on SAP functional experience, including:
- Provide guidance to the business based on the requirements for projects requiring job scheduling changes.
- Performs analysis for new or enhanced FICO solutions based on specifications provided.
- FICO expertise required in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Concur solutions across P&W.
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable / FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
- Additional FICO expertise preferred in Fixed Asset, Results Analysts (RA), and Costing Sheet solutions across P&W.
- Managing project schedules and resources to implement projects, meeting all budget, quality, and schedule targets.
- Technical and functional problem solving.
- Assist in defining technical requirements for ongoing systems maintenance and future functionality to meet requirements and improve system efficiency.
- Train users in the use of the labor collections solutions.
- Work with the SAP Security Team to ensure transactions are properly assigned to users.
In this role you will be involved in every aspect of the Agile or Waterfall (SDLC) software and system development methodology. Working with a collaborative team, you will create and deliver IT solutions that generate real business benefit and enable PW’s digital transformation.

Moderate domestic and international travel (0-5%) may be required. Due to customer locations in different time zones, customer meetings can occur outside normal business work hours.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems and 10+ years of general project management experience related to Enterprise Technology Business Systems or Infrastructure Technology; OR an Advanced Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems and 7+ years of general project management experience related to Enterprise Technology Business Systems or Infrastructure Technology.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You will have successfully participated as a subject matter expert and/or have managed at least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- You will have SAP Core Experience in following modules: Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Project System (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Manager (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), Logistics Execution (LE), Human Resources (HCM), and along with standard SAP tables, transaction codes, configuration and enhancements.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
