Job Summary:
Perform simple assembly operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Assemble multiple components into lower volume, medium size and weight assemblies and larger finished goods. Work to verbal instructions, written instructions, and established guidelines. This position does not typically require exercising independent judgment. Additional instructions may be provided by a department Team Leader, Supervisor and/or Manager, as applicable.
Job Duties:
Operate and tend to light to medium duty machines. Perform manual assembly operations. Count, weigh and package products and accessories. Perform press-fit operation. Operate soldering iron. Perform final product testing. Package orders. Insert shields into circuit boards. Perform coil trimming. Print and apply order labels. Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Experience Requirements:
A minimum of one year of work experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
Skills and Education Requirements:
Knowledge of applicable best business practices and procedures for fabrication and assembly environments. Communicate effectively with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner. Capable to read and understand work orders. Component familiarity. Good Manual Dexterity. Good Visual Acuity. Ability to solder.

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Salary Range : $16.00 - $17.00
