We are looking for a talented School to Work - Global Trade Export Controls to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Components Business Segment in Columbus, IN.
Supply Chain School to Work role within Joint Venture Operations, assisting in various aspects of supply chain management to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role offers hands-on experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Request that successful candidate work a routine schedule up to the STW limit of 19 hours per week, and no less than 15 hours per week. There is room for flexibility when needed, but we request that a routine workweek be maintained as much as possible. Onsite position.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Students will be responsible for daily clerical tasks and processes to comply with the Export Controls regulations.
- The student will be responsible to assist the Export Controls Team in daily clerical duties such as: Restricted Party Screening and contacting business owners of data when corrections are needed,
- Daily Metrics Updates.
- Review & assign emails from the Export Control Inbox.
- Assists with Export Control Classification requests from Customers.
- Executes team processes as directed and provides input into process improvements related to immediate area of influence.
- Compiles data and update metrics as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in using Microsoft tools like excel, word, power point, etc.
- Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.

Hourly Pay : $14.81
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
