In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Executive Support : As an extension of senior management, you will ensure a positive customer experience by representing their interests. Your administrative support—scheduling, correspondence, and handling inquiries—directly influences their effectiveness.

- Effective Communication : Facilitating smooth interactions between senior management, coworkers, and external parties is crucial. Clear communication fosters collaboration, whether with media, customers, or vendors.
- Confidentiality and Security : Safeguarding management’s records and files maintains trust. Upholding confidentiality is essential for sensitive information.
- Budget Oversight : Monitoring and approving expenditures within established budgets ensures financial discipline. Regular reporting keeps stakeholders informed.
- Resourceful Problem Solving : Using independent judgment, you will handle diverse tasks—preparing documents, attending meetings, and responding to inquiries. Your resourcefulness supports efficient operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Data Communication and Visualization : Tell a compelling story using data. Illustrate business problems, root causes, solution options, and opportunities through visual reports and dashboards. Make complex information accessible.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Works in depth with HSE data and systems to ensure data quality and accuracy and discover patterns within the data.
- Advanced level Excel experience desired - using advanced features like pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
- Uses PowerBI to communicate and visualize data quality and accuracy for regional and senior HSE leaders.
- Experience with the following:
- Working knowledge of Enablon HSEMS software platform and report module.
- Enters purchase requisitions and establishes new vendors, as necessary.
- Receives requisitions after notification of completion of work.
- Monitoring expense budget updates from a team.
- Monitoring open purchase orders to prevent ageing.
