As a Program Manager 4, you will oversee the planning, execution, and operational readiness of programs that improve OCI’s end-to-end hardware repair lifecycle. You will coordinate delivery of repair workflow enhancements, platform capabilities, analytics, and automation across engineering and operations teams. You will be responsible for translating complex technical and operational requirements into integrated execution plans, establishing governance frameworks, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent programs. This role requires the ability to influence across organizations, navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive executive decision-making without direct authority.
Internal Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of repair platform programs, from planning and delivery readiness through operational handoff and site adoption.
- Manage multiple cross-functional programs, driving milestones, dependencies, risks, critical paths, and accountability through completion.
- Partner across Engineering, Repair Operations, Inventory, Data Center Operations, Reliability, Finance, Business Operations, and hardware partners to coordinate delivery and resolve blockers.
- Lead program governance, execution reviews, readiness assessments, releases, stakeholder handoffs, and change management.
- Track platform rollout, operational adoption, MTTR, fleet reliability, repair workflow performance, inventory dependencies, and automation effectiveness.
- Drive resolution of repair incidents and recurring issues through root-cause reviews, corrective actions, and cross-functional follow-through.
- Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, program spend, and financial trends.
- Develop executive reporting, scorecards, and KPIs covering program health, operational performance, financials, risks, and key decisions.
- Establish scalable program frameworks, runbooks, playbooks, and repeatable delivery processes.
Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate repair outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of combined experience in project management, data analysis, and relevant business or technical functions.
- Experience leading complex technical programs across cloud infrastructure, networking, distributed systems, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs, dependencies, risks, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and data-driven program insights.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to drive execution across organizations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Advanced Excel, reporting, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with hardware repair, workflow automation, cloud/data center infrastructure, inventory operations, observability, or distributed systems.
