We are looking for a strategic, systems-oriented Senior Capacity Management Program Manager to shape how we plan and manage capacity for GPU compute, storage, and server infrastructure. This role combines supply chain strategy, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and strategic customer account leadership.
You will operate in highly ambiguous spaces, define the path forward where no established framework exists, and build scalable planning mechanisms that connect long-term strategy to execution. You will lead cross-functional alignment across services, guide capacity decisions for strategic customers, and create the operating models required to scale the business.

- Design and establish scalable capacity management frameworks for GPU compute, storage, and server infrastructure.
- Define short-, medium-, and long-term planning strategies that balance demand, supply, utilization, customer commitments, and infrastructure constraints.
- Lead ambiguous capacity challenges from problem definition through strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes.
- Own the strategic capacity-management relationship for key customer accounts, serving as a trusted communication and coordination lead.
- Translate business and customer strategy into capacity requirements, investment decisions, and operational plans.
- Build mechanisms, metrics, governance models, and planning processes that enable repeatable decision-making at scale.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across infrastructure, engineering, supply chain, finance, and service organizations.
- Identify systemic risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies before they become operational issues.
- Mentor others and raise the overall quality of capacity planning and operational execution.
