Insurance Sales Producer — Remote / Work From Home
Our Insurance agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance Sales Producer to help local families and business owners protect what matters most — all from the comfort of your own home office.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and virtual/community outreach
- Conduct needs analyses remotely and recommend the right Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions
- Quote, bind, and process new policies accurately and in compliance with carrier and state guidelines
- Follow up promptly with prospects and leads via phone, email, and video to maximize close rates
- Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and renewal business
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in our CRM/agency management system
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Active Nevada Property & Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain — we'll help you get there)
- Life & Health license a plus
- Sales experience preferred; insurance sales a plus, but not required — we provide full training
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to stay productive in a remote, independent work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over phone and video
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and fully comfortable with a 100% commission-based pay structure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Tech-comfortable — able to work within CRM and digital client outreach tools, and maintain a reliable home internet setup
