Fiserv SDK Subject Matter Expert
Position Description
This position is located in our Pittsburgh, PA office with work performed at client site in Pittsburgh; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Fully remote is not an option.
CGI is seeking a Fiserv SDK Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise with the Fiserv SDK with the ability to provide guidance, support, and strategic direction in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing features. The SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and utilization of Fiserv technologies to meet business objectives. Experience with .Net is a plus.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Working hands-on with the Fiserv SDK
- Developing application code & unit tests
- Leading solution creation leveraging the Fiserv SDK
- Leading and collaboration on efforts in in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and
deploying software.
- Communication with client stakeholders
- Ensuring that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user
requirements.
- Iterative feature development on an agile team.
- Developing testable features with lean requirements and supervision.
- Daily agile SCRUM participation
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Proficiency in software development in any language, with a preference of .Net
- Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
- Skill for writing reusable libraries.
- Experience debugging using browser console
- Experienced in build and continuous integration tools like Maven and Jenkins
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of
the business.
- Strong aptitude for learning on the fly, embracing new technologies, and willingness
to make stretch goals
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800 - $160,200.
