What does a successful Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist do at Fiserv?
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will work in one of the largest fintech hubs in the Midwest, and our new global headquarters! Our impressive state-of-the-art facility is home to more than 600 Fiserv associates and ranks #1 on the Milwaukee Business Journal’s list of Largest Wisconsin-based Public Companies. You will act as a trusted and strategic talent advisor to hiring managers; drive alignment, stakeholder engagement and drive best practices across the hiring process.
What you will do:
- Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, overseeing job postings, reviewing applications and managing candidates from initial screenings and assessments through final offer negotiation.
- Build effective partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand our business so you can confidently explain it to others.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and new hire experience through timely communication, transparency and engagement.
- Track and manage multiple recruitment projects including onsite and offsite career events.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent of education and military experience.
- 5+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
- 3+ years’ experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at a corporate company.
- Must be able to work onsite Monday - Friday for the first 90 days; Mon - Thursday, thereafter.
