Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the general direction of the Administrative report, the executive administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning and administrative support for the Administration office. The House Supervisor ensures high quality, patient-centered care through direction and supervision of all house-wide functions during a designated shift. The House Supervisor participates as an active member of the nursing management team and assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration.
Special Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of computer systems, typing skills of 80 wpm, organizational skills that are well developed, above average communication skills, and the ability to handle a high level of stress are required; skill in a hospital setting is preferred.
What qualifications you will need:
- 5+ years experience in clinical practice
- House Supervisor experience preferred
- (RN) Registered Nurse; Associate Degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
- Previous executive assistant experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
