Essential Functions:
•Manages and supervises the global team of initiative managers supporting all divisions and business areas.
•Leads, coaches, develops, and sets objectives for both direct and indirect reports.
•Partners with IRP VPs to set strategic direction and sponsorship of company initiatives for Inventory Planning
•Develops and execute strategies to support each specific initiative including promotional, seasonal entry/exit and overall flow plans/policies supporting key initiatives that meet financial objectives.
•Ensures day-to-day cross-functional alignment and execution of inventory strategies and tactical inventory plans
•Ensures roles and responsibilities of global teams are properly defined, communicated and trained.
•Partners with IRP and SC Technology teams to help design, develop, and implement the IRP Technology roadmap
•Contributes to future development of Sales and Operations Planning process.
•Coaches and mentors managers and develop talent within the team.
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree - Business or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
•10 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or demand planning
•4 years of experience in project management
Preferences:
•Master’s Degree - Business or related field
•3 years of relevant work experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning or supply chain analytics.
