Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordination and detailed documentation for weekly pitch meetings.
- Organize expense reports and holiday/birthday/guest gifts.
- Coordinate department meetings and communication between department.
- Oversee merchandise orders and distribution, ticket requests and petty cash for talent department.
- Update talent boards, requiring extreme attention to detail.
- Update daily talent calendar, weekly talk show listings, guest comedy documents and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Coordinate daily entertainment and music newsletter.
- Conduct research on behalf of the talent and music department and assist with special projects.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.
- Must be proficient on Mac.
- Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word) .
- Must be able to work some overtime.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

- Ability to accept feedback and handle pressure.
- Executing tasks with excellence is essential.

- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

- Hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00
- The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
