DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented onsite Administrative Associate to join our Team specializing in Service for our branch in Jackson, Mississippi.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
- Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine to complex information requests.
- Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
- Create basic work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability; reviews plan with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead prior to customer contact.
- Identify customer’s needs, gathers pertinent information, provides quotes, develops claims, prepares repair plans and provides status updates to customers on repair work.
- Performs associate functions as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner.
- Prior experience in service, engines & power generation required.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and intermediate level computer skills.
- The regular schedule for this position will be 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please note, this position will be on call, once every 5 weeks (Monday through Monday).
- Please note, this is an onsite role, supporting the Field Service Department at our Sales and Service Branch in Jackson, Mississippi.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position will require a complete DMV driving report but no Driver Qualification file.
- A current valid license is required for this role.
- Must be 18 years old with 2 years driving experience.
