TITLE: FTS Distributed Infrastructure – Server Build Engineer II
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Design and build Windows operating systems in infrastructure, develop automation scripts and install and support Windows and associated applications in physical and virtual environments. Ensure adherence to established technology standards and consult with senior leadership to deploy technology solutions. Recommend strategies for technical aspects of projects as well as broad system improvements focusing on Windows Server Systems. Support existing systems and lead technical aspects of a project.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving server administration experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving server administration experience. Prior experience must include: Installing, configuring and supporting Windows Servers; Working with Windows DNS server; Working with network data link layers and VLANs; Windows patching processes and validation; TCP/IP protocols, scripting, and automation; Using NFS storage systems; Working in a secure Windows Server Environment; Working with Windows PowerShell; and Working with Terminal Services and RDP.
