Work as the Program Manager, directly with the Maritime PNT Program Manager, ensuring execution to contract requirements, including managing budgets, schedules, and technical performance metrics.

Collaborate and communicate with the customer program office to ensure alignment with customer execution priorities

Serve as the central hub to enable the Chief Engineer, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Agile development organization, and the functional team to execute effectively
-
Establish and manage financial baselines, ensuring alignment with program/portfolio objectives
-
Support bids and proposals as required to execute the program and portfolio growth strategies.

May travel up to 20%
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and/or cross-functional teams
-
Program management skills including managing cost and schedule, Earned Value Management (EVMS), risk & opportunity, bids, proposals, and/or business strategy
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Raytheon Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain in one year

Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams to foster collaboration and drive program success

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to audience

Experience and Knowledge with U.S Navy products and customers specifically Maritime PNT products.

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
