As a Program Support Manager, you will be the point of contact for all Chrome launches, ensuring seamless rollouts and minimizing support issues. You'll also lead Chrome's feedback strategy, leveraging a variety of tools and channels to understand users' needs and preferences.
In this role, you will represent Google's users and many partners globally, sharing insights with the Google organization to enable exceptional customer and product experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,500-$125,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Direct and execute a comprehensive support strategy for product launches, take ownership of post-launch reporting strategy, and ensure insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Develop support Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and external launch documentation, support preparation workflows, and identify/address potential launch obstacles.
- Identify and triage pre-launch issues, advocate for resolution or mitigation with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participates in product trials, identifying/addressing potential issues before launch, share launch best practices and insights with stakeholders, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with product teams to derive insights from post-launch reporting, ensure continuous product enhancement, maintain an understanding of product features and functionality to provide support.
