DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Remanufacturing Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Corporate/CBS Segment in North Charleston, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Machine Operation :
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow quality and productivity requirements with limited guidance.
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
- Immediately report any major injury hazards and stop work if necessary.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Correct hazards within control and promote interdependence.
- Engage in HSE training and report any work-related incidents or hazards.
- Quality :
- Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
- Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming material.
- Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- Delivery :
- Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products.
- Achieve production goals and work at required cycle times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Work with peers and support staff to maintain and repair equipment.
- Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams.
- Participate in training and personal development activities.
- Actively engage in improving quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge from education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Additional Information:
- This job is a turbo disassembly process where units coming from prior use are completely torn down and components are salvaged.
- This job requires someone who enjoys working with their hands, is familiar and comfortable working with tools such as hammers, screw drivers, pliers, air guns, and small presses.
- We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, adaptable, able to take direction well, a team player, works well with a group of 8 to 12 people,
- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy, and able to perform repetitive tasks while standing for 90% of an 8-hour shift.
- This person must also be flexible, willing to be cross trained and willing to work in other areas of the plant when necessary to fill production requirements including operating CNC machines and cleaning cells.
- The ideal candidate must also be able to lift 35 lbs. regularly and willing to follow all safety rules and policies.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
