Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic Project Team Leader with development lead experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Leads and coordinates activities of a small application development or support team. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Completes final testing for conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications. Assists, or may sometimes lead, the development of design requirements, designs, tests and documents. Implements systems and programs. Provides technical support to project team members. Analyzes and makes recommendations for technical design requirements of external applications as needed. Directs, motivates and develops project staff. Identifies and addresses training and development needs of project and application team members. Interfaces with clients to ensure that projects are implemented to meet their business needs and specifications.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 5 years experience with developing and implementing applications.

-Application delivery process
-Requirements analysis
-System development life cycle
-IT project management
