International Payroll Specialist
Key Role:
Support the day-to-day payroll operations and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate payroll execution, smooth end of year employee tax records transactions, and comply with strong financial controls while adhering to all applicable policies, regulations, compliance, and laws. Complete end-to-end root-cause analysis on employee payroll issues as needed. Provide insight and feedback to 3rd party vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance in multiple countries. Display self-motivation and strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Collaborate and function well in a team environment. Work closely with manager, internal staff, and vendors to ensure HR, Benefits, and Payroll changes are processed, accurate funding occurs for all accounts, and tax remittance, general ledger balancing, and month-end close support is completed in a timely manner. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with global payroll processing
Experience in a multi-jurisdiction, local tax environment coordinating with vendor management
Experience working in Payroll or HRIS systems, such as ADP, Ceridian, or Workday
Knowledge of payroll regulations, international pension schemes, tax laws, and compliance requirements across multiple countries
Knowledge of high-level efficiencies utilizing Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
HS diploma or GED

Associate’s degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
