Service Program Manager
Based in the Middle East Region
Are you a Program Manager ready to drive Service and Maintenance projects at busy airports?
As a Service Program Manager here at Leidos, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships across our MEA Airport and customer install base, reporting financial and technical performance of service accounts. The Service Programs Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Leidos solutions.
You’re a problem solver – busy airports don’t stop if the equipment goes down, you’ll need to find ways to work around a live environment and not disrupt the flow of passengers.
As the Service Program Manager, you are responsible for;
- Managing service customer accounts with the MEA Field Service Region, delivering first class service in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
- Works with MEA Service Program Director to establish program goals and objectives.
- Own the customer account in tandem with the MEA Service management team and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Manage CDR/Service providers as a customer account along with standard account manage tasks including securing monthly service data and performance data.
- Track all Service contracts validity dates to ensure contracts are renewed on time and avoid break in revenue recognition.
- Work with MEA Service Program Director on strategy and implementation to recapture expired contracts and capture back customers with no contract.
- Track and prepare financial and operational reports regarding service contract pgrogam performance.
About You
Ideally a degree in engineering, business administration or other related field, applications with equivalent experience will be considered.
Significant program management experience with security detection or automation equipment. Experience in governments programs and contract management would be beneficial.
International, and multicultural business experience with the ability to successfully communicate within a range of MEA countries and customers.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are required for effective interface with internal and external customers.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers is essential.
PMP Certification, Knowledge of MRP and/or ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Pay Range £44,200.00 - £66,622.50
