The Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) product line within the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Program Manager to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. This Operations Program Manager, (OPM), will oversee the coordinating of Operations activities on a development program. The OPM is the single point of contact for the Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams and is responsible for the execution of the program.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversees and manages Operations projects and serves as liaison between the Program Office, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Planning, Quality, and the factory.
- Prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and factory resources needed to meet the businesses goals and objectives.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports for the Program Manager and/or directly for the Customer.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's Degree and experience within operations or 4 years experience in absence of degree.
- Strong communication as a liaison between Operations and Program Management, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage complex issues, and drive teams to meet deadlines and implement solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage major project.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Master’s Degree, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
- Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management Experience.
- Familiarity or ability to learn manufacturing systems Oracle, SAP, Paperless, Data View, and Tableau.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
