FMS Logistics Analyst

Job Summary
Join a high-performing team supporting the U.S. Army’s Integrated Fires and Mission Command Office. As an FMS Logistics Analyst, you will manage international logistics activities across transportation, requisition management, sustainment, and case closure for missile and air defense programs. This role supports the PATRIOT program and requires familiarity with Army logistics systems, regulatory compliance, and coordination with multiple government stakeholders. You will ensure accurate tracking, timely movement of materiel, and effective resolution of supply discrepancies throughout the program lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
Transportation
• Coordinate transportation actions with AMCOM Transportation, Freight Forwarders, Notice of Availability processes, and QAT teams.
• Prepare, review, and submit DD1149s as required for materiel movement.
• Manage requisition data including MAPAC, SUPPAD, Ship To, and Mark For information.
• Develop detailed transportation plans for inbound and outbound movements.
• Maintain communication with DCMA on inspections, shipping status, and contractor logistics activities.
• Verify Delivery Term Codes for accuracy in LOAs and case documentation.
• Review NSNs using tools such as FedMall, I2 Log, and FedLog.
• Coordinate logistics-focused Working Groups with stakeholders and partner nations.
SDR & R&R Tracking
• Maintain familiarity with SDR and R&R criteria, timelines, and submission requirements.
• Review SF364s and coordinate with USASAC for accurate WebSDR entry into DLA systems.
• Track all SDRs through resolution and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support Return & Repair processing, tracking, and reconciliation of materiel.
Requisition Management
• Track requisition status through CISIL and SCIP to ensure timely movement and case execution.
• Support Washpost actions including coordination with USASAC NC and follow-up on DD250s.
• Assist with case closure activities including financial reconciliation and documentation updates.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience in U.S. Army or FMS programs.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Final Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of logistics or Security Assistance experience.
• In lieu of a degree, up to 6 years of relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DoD logistics, transportation, or missile system sustainment.
• Prior experience working with AECA/ITAR-regulated material movement.
• Familiarity with FMS case execution, Army logistics systems, and program management principles.
