Cleaner Supervisor (Evening Shift)
Pay: $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Evening Shift
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner Supervisor to lead and support a team of cleaning professionals during evening operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. Supervisor experience is preferred.

- Supervise and support cleaning staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to maintain quality and compliance.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency.
- Address employee concerns and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues to management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a professional and positive manner.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete any required background screening.
