Job Summary
This position provides administrative and program support to department leadership and project teams under our ICS (Integrated Control Systems) portfolio. This position supports day-to-day business operations by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation, tracking assigned actions, and assisting with project and program requirements for our Defense Logistics Agency customers. The Administrative Specialist works independently within established procedures, manages multiple priorities, and collaborates with internal departments and customers to ensure administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities may include supporting meetings, maintaining electronic files and trackers, coordinating requests, preparing documentation, and assisting with other program- related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and program support to department leadership and project teams
- Coordinate and track administrative actions
- Maintain organized electronic files, records, trackers, and databases to support program requirements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in company databases
- Support general business operations and project specific administrative requirements
- Perform other administrative and program support duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- High School or equivalent GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
- Experience maintaining electronic records, spreadsheets, trackers, or databases
- Must be able to pass a NACLC security background investigation
Preferred Qualifications
- Active or previous security clearance preferred
- Current possession of a government-issued CAC preferred
